To receive funds in your Stripe account you need to provide tracking details for your orders.
Shopify
1. Access the order page on Shopify.
2. Click Fulfill item
.
3. Select items to fulfill and provide tracking details: tracking number and the shipping carrier. Click fulfill item
again to save progress.
Orders without tracking details will not be flagged as shipped in Vendo, so adding shipping details is essential for receiving funds.
4. Order will now be marked as fulfilled
both in Shopify and in Vendo.
Woo Commerce
To find that order in the WooCommerce store's dashboard, a seller can look for it in the Processing
tab on the Orders
page.
Step 1: Mark the order as Completed
Select the Completed
status on the order page in the WooCommerce store.
Step 2: Add tracking details
Orders without tracking details will not be flagged as shipped in Vendo, so adding shipping details is essential for receiving funds.
After adding tracking it will be automatically synced to Vendo. To do that you need to have Shipment Tacking extension installed.
After installing the extension, a new section can be found on the order page where tracking numbers can be added. If the seller chooses a custom shipping provider, they also must remember to add a tracking link.
After that, click Update
in the Order actions
section. The information about a completed order should be sent back to Vendo instantly, but sometimes it can take up to 1 hour.
