To use a DHL carrier for return purposes, a seller needs to provide the following DHL EXPRESS API Credentials:
Account number - find it:
in your DHL account creation confirmation email
or your MyDHL+ account
Password - the same one used for your MyDHL+ account
You will need to provide your DHL account number, password, and Site ID in the Vendo seller dashboard when connecting DHL as your carrier for returns.
Apply for your Site ID - if you're new to this
You need to apply through this form in order to obtain your Site ID for the purposes of automated returns.
It may take up to 3 days for you to receive an email from DHL with your Site ID. Please contact DHL support in case of a delay.
Find a Site ID in your DHL Express XML Developer Portal account
If you already have an existing account with DHL Express XML Developer Portal, log in and find your Site ID there.
You can see your Site ID credentials in the My Request status tab and then in the Production Site ID column, as shown in the screenshot below.
