Vendo allows exposing exposing customer support email on each PDP, to make it easier for the visitors to get in touch with your team in case they would need assistance.

By default this email as the email address of the marketplace owner, you can adjust it anytime.

  1. Log in to your marketplace account

  2. Go to Account--> Settings
    ​

  3. Choose Emails section
    ​

  4. Add customer service email in the Customer Support Email field
    ​

  5. Click Update to save changes
